As Filthy As We Wanna Be marks the explosive return of South Florida punk veterans Mary Tyler Whores. Originally emerging from the South Florida underground in the early 2000s, the band built a notorious reputation through chaotic live shows and a fearless attitude, sharing stages with punk legends including Iggy Pop, GBH, Murphy's Law, The Casualties, The Bouncing Souls, and T.S.O.L. Fronted by Frankie 'Crime' Cassara and featuring early contributions from the late Joey Image of Misfits fame, the band returns with fifteen uncompromising tracks that capture the raw energy that made them cult favorites.

Reformed in 2023 with much of the original lineup, Mary Tyler Whores entered the studio with Greg Hetson to record As Filthy As We Wanna Be. The album features guest appearances from Angelo Moore and Riff Raff, while the breakout single 'American Sex Fiend' earned the attention of Iggy Pop, who added the track to his Iggy Confidential BBC Radio 6 playlist. Released worldwide by Cadiz Music, this full-throttle punk rock statement finds the band louder, sharper, and more unapologetic than ever.
